About the author
As co-founder and product manager of apadua, I have been working on AI in procurement for some time now and regularly discuss this topic with experts, users and media representatives at various events. In recent months, the topic of AI has become such a focus for business users that I decided to publish another practical white paper that brings together the topics of procurement and artificial intelligence.
I am primarily concerned with the practical view of possible use cases, dispelling myths that have recently arisen around the topic of AI and a specific classification for the area of services procurement.
I hope to provide the reader with insights into the implementation of AI solutions within procurement software as well as ideas for own use cases.
