AUTHOR’S INTRO

As co-founder and product manager of apadua, I have been working on the topic of AI in procurement for some time now and regularly have the opportunity to discuss this with experts, users and journalists at various events. In recent months, the use of AI has become such a focus for business users that I decided to publish a practical white paper that combines the fields of procurement and artificial intelligence.

I am primarily concerned with the practical view of possible use cases, dispelling myths that have recently arisen around AI and a specific approach to the area of services procurement.

I would like to provide the reader with insights into the implementation of AI solutions within procurement software as well as ideas for their own use cases. My aim is that the application of AI in the selected business environment can then be discussed. I will start the short essay with the key questions that I am regularly asked by procurement and that allow the quickest possible access to the topic.
