As Vice President Procurement at TAKKT Industrial & Packaging, he leads the strategic transformation of indirect procurement across multiple brands and geographies, driving value through cost efficiency, supplier collaboration, and sustainable innovation.
Jafles is recognized for his ability to balance strategy with execution, having successfully led large-scale procurement transformations that delivered significant improvements in compliance, savings, and supplier performance. A strong advocate for digitalization, he brings deep expertise in leveraging technology—from source-to-pay platforms to AI-powered solutions—to create more intelligent, agile, and inclusive procurement ecosystems.
In addition to his corporate leadership, Jafles is actively involved in the procurement community through the CIPS Switzerland Leadership Circle and as an advisor to emerging technology firms.
